Should I size up in Everymove?
Start with your usual size. Everymove is designed with a lower-cut cup and a compressive feel. If you prefer more coverage at the upper cup, the current fit note recommends going up one cup while keeping the same band, for example from 34G to 34GG. The band should stay level without restricting breathing.
What does the J-hook do on Everymove?
The J-hook joins the straps at the back to create a racerback position. This can help keep straps away from racerback activewear and may increase lift. Adjust the straps in their standard position first, then connect the J-hook. It should feel secure without pulling the band upwards.
