What is a spacer T-shirt bra?
A spacer T-shirt bra uses lightweight, three-dimensional knitted cup fabric with tiny air channels. Smoothie's moulded spacer cups create a seam-free shape under clothing with less bulk than traditional foam. The fabric is breathable and flexible, while the internal side sling adds lift and forward direction for a fuller bust.
Will Smoothie show under fitted clothes?
Smoothie is designed for a smooth finish under fitted clothing. Its moulded cups have no cup seams, while bonded edges and deep wings lie flatter at the sides and back. A bra can still show if the size is wrong or the outer fabric is very thin, so check for cup gaping, overspill and a band that cuts in.
Does the Smoothie Spacer Bra prevent nipple show-through?
Not necessarily. The current product page describes the spacer cups as semi-sheer, so they should not be presented as fully opaque. The moulded fabric smooths the cup shape and removes visible seams, but nipple coverage can vary with skin tone, temperature and clothing. Choose a more opaque foam-lined bra if full coverage is essential.
Can I wear Smoothie with a racerback top?
Yes. Smoothie has a J-hook that joins the straps into a racerback position. First fit the bra with the straps in their standard setting, making sure the band stays level. Then connect the J-hook and check that the straps remain comfortable without pulling the back of the bra upwards.
