Delivering as Usual

Our website is available 24/7 as usual.

To ensure our customers orders and staff safety is being managed during the current climate , you may see some slight delays to receiving your order. Your safety and the safety of our warehouse team are paramount.

Delivery is still available for US customers, however you may experience a delay in receiving your items if there are delays with postal services in your area. We would like to assure you that your order will arrive but please be prepared to wait a little bit longer.

Delivery times are estimates based on average OCS Worldwide delivery times, from date of dispatch. Please refer to the OCS Worldwide for service updates and further information for your local area.

Update to Returns Policy

We have extended our returns policy to 90 days.

If your circumstances mean that you are unable to return any items to us within the 90 days window, please don’t stress as we understand this may not be possible for everyone. Simply send us a message to explain and we will make a note against your order.

We have also updated our returns process and hold returned packages for 48 hours before the team process them. This is in line with current guidelines and to protect our team. As a result, it may take slightly longer to receive an email confirmation that your return has been processed but we hope you understand the policy behind this.

Safety and Protecting our Team

Your safety and well-being and that of our employees is our top priority right now. In response to the latest developments around coronavirus, we are following all government advice and guidance and have put into action a number of safety measures for our team.

All head office and customer service staff are now working from home. Our warehouse team are adhering to social distancing within the working environment and packing desks have been set up with a minimum of two meters of separation.

In addition to social distancing, we have also increased our already high standards of hygiene. Each team member has a personal hand sanitizer and has been provided with gloves and face masks. Couriers and delivery personnel are being asked to use hand sanitizer before and after leaving the building and we have also introduced regular deep cleans within the premises.

All orders returned to us are currently being held for a period of 48 hours. This is in line with current guidelines and to protect our team.

Our amazing team are working incredibly hard to ensure that your service levels remain as high as possible but please bear with us if any orders or returns are slower than usual whilst we have these additional protection measures in place.
